Tailored Naturopathic Nutrition

Food has always been my way of bringing people together. I am a trained chef, having spent over a decade cooking in restaurants, privately and at retreats, where I discovered not only how to bring out the best in ingredients but also how much joy and restoration comes from nourishing ourselves with good food.

I studied Naturopathic Nutrition, with a focus on understanding the root causes of digestive symptoms. I use a food-first, therapeutic approach that supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
 
I offer online 1:1 Nutrition Advice;

My focus is on helping you understand what’s really going on in your body and guiding you with judgement-free, actionable steps that feel natural, sustainable and enjoyable in your everyday routine.

How We Work Together

Step 1 - Food Diary & Questionnaire 

Before we have our online session, you’ll complete a 5-day food and beverage diary so I can see what your usual eating and drinking habits look like. You’ll also receive a detailed health questionnaire covering your current symptoms, health history, family history, and lifestyle. You can either fill this in fully or simply look it over andwe’ll dive deeper into it together during the consultation. This gives me a strong starting point and helps us make the best use of our time when we meet.

Step 2 - The Consultation

We’ll meet online via Zoom, to go through your food diary and questionnaire, talk about your symptoms, and discuss your goals. Together, we’ll explore the context around your food choices and lifestyle, as well as your likes and dislikes when it comes to eating. During this session, I’ll also share some initial insights into the possible origins of your symptoms and suggest early dietary and therapeutic recommendations, so you’ll leave with ideas you can begin putting into practice right away.

Step 3 - Your Personalised Plan

After our session, I’ll create a tailored plan just for you. This includes naturopathic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, plus practical, flavourful recipe ideas to support your goals.

If needed, we can arrange follow-up consultations to track your progress and make adjustments along the way. You’ll also have ongoing email support from me while we’re working together, so you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone.
